Default Green Tea for Good Health & Fitness

Hello i used green tea its very useful for good health and fitness. So Think green and try to have at least three cups of green tea as it contains catching poly phenols-plant chemicals that boost metabolism. Green tea has anti oxidants which are good anti aging ingredient. Add lots of vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, and beans in your daily meals.

Green tea is full of antioxidants and minerals and really does well if you use it everyday. I really think it should be used in athletes and non athletes alike. It really has a good nutrition profile and virtually no calories also. I also think you should consider black tea as well. Same thing but just different type of tea. Both are great for your body mind and soul.

Even though there are many diet products on the market that include green tea extracts, there is no scientific evidence to suggest that green tea will make a marked difference in helping you lose those unwanted pounds. But studies are currently underway to test this hypothesis further and provide more comprehensive information on the role of green tea and diet. I truly believe in the multitude of health benefits of green tea. Also, its great for obtaining a peaceful mind and spirit. I prefer it better than black or oolong.
Green tea is made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation applied when processing Camellia sinensis into oolong tea and black tea.[1] Green tea originated in China, but its production has spread to many countries in Asia.Green tea steeping time and temperature varies with different tea. The hottest steeping temperatures are 81 to 87 C (178 to 189 F) water and the longest steeping times two to three minutes. The coolest brewing temperatures are 61 to 69 C (142 to 156 F) and the shortest times about 30 seconds.

Green tea is a great fat burner, and although it is best consumed when hot, drinking it cold doesn't lessen any of its health benefits.

Green tea, native to China and India, has been consumed and hailed for its health benefits for centuries globally, but has only recently gained popularity in the United States.
Tea is the most consumed beverage in the world behind water. However, 78 percent of the tea consumed worldwide is black and only about 20 percent is green.

All types of tea, except herbal tea, are brewed from the dried leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush. The level of oxidation of the leaves determines the type of tea.

Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the less processed types of tea (with white tea the least) and therefore contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.
